Ti Pa Gwo Pa (TPGP), Haiti’s national program led by Pi Bon Ayiti, is designed to transform the country’s economy into a productive, autonomous, and globally competitive system. By combining support for small enterprises (Ti Pa) with strategic industrial development (Gwo Pa), TPGP builds a full-scale ecosystem for domestic production and export readiness.
The Ti Pa component supports Haitian entrepreneurs, artisans, and cooperatives through training, startup financing, technical mentorship, and access to distribution networks like Mache Lakay and Ti Mache. Modular production zones called “Atelye” are being established across key regions, focusing on textiles, hygiene products, household goods, natural remedies, and digital services.
The Gwo Pa component focuses on building foundational industries in construction, agro-processing, electronics, medical equipment, and pharmaceuticals. The government is acquiring foreign patents, constructing industrial parks, and facilitating technology transfer to strengthen Haiti’s export capacity and economic resilience.
TPGP is fully integrated with the Devlopman Mache Lakay (DML) program, which promotes Haitian-made products in national and international markets. Atelye production feeds Ti Mache franchises, while Gwo Pa industries stabilize trade balances. The diaspora is invited to invest in tangible production units, reinforcing economic ties with the homeland.
This program is more than an economic roadmap—it is a declaration of sovereignty and national pride. TPGP creates thousands of jobs, elevates local talent, and positions Haiti as a full-fledged producer and innovator. It redefines the country’s role in the global economy, shifting from consumer to creator.
